The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Trustees was held at the Library building on above
date.
Meeting called to order by the Chairman at 3:30 P.M.
Those present were -
Miss Loring, Messrs. Driver, Kilham, Webber and Henderson.
Records of last meeting were read and approved.
Business as follows was transacted
Voted - To continue the schedule of hours and work as arranged for by vote of the Board at its
meeting held on May 4th 1918.
Voted - That Miss Wiggin be re-employed to over-see the preparation of cataloguing as prescribed
by vote of the Board at a meeting held on March 31 st 1917.
Voted - That the question of recompense to be paid the Misses Stanton, Dodge and Woodbury be
referred to the Finance and Administration Committees - they to consider and report their
recommendations at the next meeting of the Board.
The Circulation Committee recommended the purchase of 54 Titles, and the acceptance of the gift
of 3.
Voted - To accept above recommendations.
Voted - To authorize the Circulation Committee to subscribe for the Illuminated Edition of the
Constitution of the United States.
Voted to adjourn.
