Beverly June 15th 1918
A special meeting of the Board of Trustees was held on June 15, 1918 for the purpose of
organization.
There were present - Mrs. Braden, Misses Loring, Sohier and Whitney. Messrs. Driver and Ford.
Mr. Driver called the meeting to order and moved that Miss Loring take the Chair.
Ballots were cast by which Mr. Wm. R. Driver was elected Chairman and Mr. Charles Henderson
Secretary of the Board - five votes being cast in each case.
It was voted: - That the Chairman should appoint the Committees -
Mr. Driver there-upon made the following appointments.
Finance: - Messrs. Kilham, Webber & Henderson.
Administration: - Mr. Webber, Mr. Ford & Miss Sohier.
Circulation: - Misses Loring & Whitney & Mrs. Braden.
Branches: - Misses Sohier and Loring, Messrs. Ford & Henderson.
The meeting adjourned.
