The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
In the absence of the chairman Mr. Kilham was chosen chairman Pro Tem.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
There were present of the Trustees Miss Whitney, Miss Loring, Miss Sohier, Messrs. Kilham &
Webber.
The Committee on Circulation recommended the Purchase of 71 titles and reported the receipt of
38 titles as gifts whereupon it was on motion
Voted That the recommendation of the Com. On Circulation with respect to 71 titles be adopted and
the thanks of the Trustees be extended to those who have made gifts.
Finance Committee monthly report was read and approved.
Voted The Janitor' s salary be raised from $19.23 per week to $20.00.
Voted That Miss Loring and Mr. Webber be a committee to change the present schedule of hours
in the Library the change to take effect at once and extend to July 1 st 1918.
