A meeting of the Trustees of the Bev. Public Library was held at the Library on Sat. Dec. 29th at 3:30
o'clock.
In the absence of Mr. Driver, Mr. Kilham was chosen chairman Pro Tem.
There were present of the Trustees Miss Loring, Miss Whitney, Messrs. Kilham, Henderson,
Woodberry & Webber.
The records of the previous meeting were read and approved also the monthly report of the finance
committee.
Voted That a request for the appropriation for the coming year be made on the same basis as for last
year namely ($11,550) and that the matter be presented to the city authorities by the finance
committee.
Cir. Com. reported 65 titles 16 gifts Main Lib. 19 at Bev. Farms.
Voted That the thanks of the Board be tendered Mr. Chas. J. Noyes for his gift of the genealogy of
the Gilman family.
Voted That the appropriation of 35.00 from interest on trust funds made at the last meeting for
improvements at Bev. Farms Branch be increased to a sum not exceeding $50.00.
A draft of the annual report as written by Miss Loring was read and on motion it was
Voted That the report as read together with such additions as may be made by Miss Loring be
adopted as the report of the Trustees.
Voted That the matter of installing three radiators on the main floor of the Library be referred to the
Committee on Administration with power to act.
