A meeting of the Trustees of the Public Library was held at the Library Sat. Nov 23rd at 3:30 P.M.
There were present of the Trustees Miss Sohier, Miss Whitney, Messrs. Driver, Kilham, Woodberry
& Webber.
The records of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Voted to purchase metal press for pressing papers & magazines.
Voted That a sum not exceeding $35.00 from the interest on trust funds be appropriated for
improvements at the Bey. Farms Branch and this matter be referred to the Com. On Administration
with power to act.
Voted To accept the report of the Committee on Circulation with reference 132 titles present & 10
gifts.
The report of the Finance Committee was read and approved.
Voted The matter relating to a railing round Miss Woodbury's desk be left with the Administration
Com.& Miss Loring with Power to act.
Voted The Finance Corn. be instructed to ask of the City Council the transfer of 100.00 from the
Maintenance to the Salary acct.
Voted to adjourn 4 P.M.
