At a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Bev. Public Library held Aug. 31st 5 o'clock the
following named persons were constituted a Local War Library Council to assist in the nationwide
campaign for money and books for furnishing and maintaining Public Libraries for national army
and other camps at the request of the United States War. Dept. Persons appointed were
