A meeting of the Trustees of the Beverly Public Library was held at the Library Sat. June 30th 3:30
o'clock.
There were present of the Trustees Miss Loring, Miss Whitney, Messrs. Driver, Kilham, Woodberry,
Henderson and Webber.
Records of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The monthly report of the Finance Committees read and approved.
The Committee on Circulation recommended the purchase of 43 titles and reported the receipt of 1
gift where upon it was voted.
That the recommendation of the Com. with respect to 43 titles be adopted and thanks be extended
for the gift.
The matter regarding the purchase of set of books on History of Science be left with the Cir.
Committee.
Grant Miss Follensbee one week leave of absence with salary.
