A meeting of the Trustees of the Bev. Public Library was held at the Library on Sat the 31 st of
Mar. 1917 at 3:30 o'clock.
There were present of the Trustees Miss Loring, Miss Sohier, Messrs. Driver, Kilham,
Woodberry, Henderson & Webber.
The records of the previous meeting read & approved.
The Committee on Circulation recommended the purchase of 58 titles and reported the receipt of
5 titles as gifts whereupon it was on motion
Voted That the recommendation of the Com. On Circulation with respect to 58 titles be adopted
and the thanks of the Trustees be extended to those who made gifts.
On motion it was the question of obtaining a staff and flag be left to a Committee composed of
Miss Loring, Mr. Henderson & Webber.
The matter pertaining to the collection of delivery counter be left to the Committee on
Administration.
Voted to employ Miss Wiggin for the month of Apr. For the catalogue work.
That the sum of 25.00 be appropriated for painting and that the matter be left with the Committee
on Administration.
On motion it was voted to adjourn.
