A meeting of the Trustees of the Beverly Public Library was duly held at the Library on
Saturday the 30th day of December 1916, at 3:30 o'clock p.m.
There were present of the Trustees Mr. Driver, Miss Loring, Miss Sohier, Miss Whitney,
Messrs. Kilham, Woodberry and Webber.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
The Finance Committee made a report of the financial condition of the Library to the end of
the year.
On motion it was
Voted:
To renew the subscription to "Illustrazione".
A draft of the annual report was read and on motion it was
Voted:
That the report as read be adopted as the report of the Trustees
On motion it was
Voted:
That Mr. Driver be authorized to answer the civil service questions whenever the same are
asked.
On motion it was
Voted to adjourn.
