At the meeting of the Trustees called for August 26, 1916, there were present Mr. Driver,
Miss Loring, Mr. Woodberry.
There being present no quorum for the transaction of business, the following action was taken
subject to the approval of the Board.
23 titles of general works and 53 mechanical books were approved for purchase on the
recommendation of the Committee on Circulation.
The employment of Miss Maidre Polleys as an Assistant Librarian was recommended.
