At a meeting of the Trustees called for July 29th, 1916, there were present, Mr. Driver, Miss
Loring, Mr. Webber.
There being present no quorum for the transaction of business, the following action was taken
subject to the approval of the Board:
The sum of $50 was appropriated for extra work performed at Beverly Farms Branch; the
same to be taken from the income on trust funds.
The purchase of 51 titles recommended by the Committee on Circulation, was approved.
The sum of $100 from the income from Trust funds was appropriated for the purchase of
books.
The sum of $76 was appropriated for the rebuilding of the fence on the back line of the
Library lot.
It was recommended that Miss Wiggin be employed on cataloguing and other special work
and that the sum of $300 be appropriated from the income from trust funds to cover her salary from
Sept 1. to Dec. 31, 1916.
