Beverly Nov. 30th 1895
A special meeting of the trustees was held this evening.
Present Messrs. Tuck, Giddings, Woodberry, Driver and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
On motion of Mr. Giddings, it was
Voted That Mr. Woodberry be instructed to purchase such atlases as he may deem expedient.
A statement with the account and accompanying vouchers of the Treasurer Mr. Tuck from
January 1st 1895 to May 22d, 1895 was presented showing the financial standing up to the above
date.
They were then examined and audited by Messrs. Driver and Dodge and having been
pronounced correct, were accepted.
On motion of Mr. Dodge, it was
Voted That Messrs. Driver and Woodberry be a committee to purchase for the Library such books
as they may consider expedient.
On motion of Mr. Giddings, It was
Voted That Mr. Woodberry be requested to prepare the report upon the Library for 1895.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
