Beverly July 6th 1895
The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was held this evening. Messrs. Tuck, Driver, Dodge, Woodberry present.
The draft made on May 4th and presented for payment to the City Treasurer was not honored
but returned, as in the future all bills are to be presented to the City Treasurer for approval and
payment under rules established by the new City Gov't.
On motion of Mr. Giddings it was
Voted That the communication of Key. Win. C. Keade with the accompanying plan referring to a plan
and suggestion be accepted and that the Secy. be authorized to acknowledge their reception.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
