The Trustees held their regular monthly meeting.
Messrs. Tuck, Giddings, Driver and Dodge present.
The records of the last meeting read and approved.
The report of the Librarian was presented and read by the Secy.
The report of the trustees prepared by Mr. Woodberry was then read.
On motion of Mr. Giddings both reports was laid upon the table pending some alterations to
be made.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned to meet on Thursday Jan. 10m at 8
o'clock P.M.
