The Board of Trustees for the ensuing year was organized as follows:
Mr. J. D. Tuck, President
Mr. Franklin Leach, Secretary
Mr. J. D. Tuck, Treasurer
Mr. J. D. Tuck and Mr. Franklin Leach Committee on Rooms.
The Committee on the purchase of books consists of the full board of trustees.
Miss Martha P. Smith was chosen Librarian with a salary of three hundred dollars per annum.
After the selection of about twenty volumes of books for purchase and adding to Magazine list the
Nation and the Critic. No other business arising the meeting was dissolved.
