The Board met at the usual hour. Mr. Tuck was chosen chairmart, on motion of Mr. Leach
a ballot was taken for a Treasurer to fill the vacancy caused by the death of Mr. William C.
Boyden. The ballot resulted in an unanimous vote for Mr. Geo. E. Woodberry.
Adjourned.
