The meeting was held for the purpose of discussing the matter of a new catalogue. It was
voted to make a catalogue of subjects and authors and to clarify it under the following heads viz.
Arts & Sciences, Biography, Fiction, History, Religion, Travels, Poetry & Drama, Miscellaneous, &
Books of Reference.
After further discussion on some minor points the meeting dissolved.
Present all the Trustees.
