The Presidem being absent on motion of Mr. Tuck, Mr. Giddings was chosen Chairman.
The election of Mr. Wm. R. Driver for the term of five years was announced.
The result of the bailoting was as follows
Mr. Win. C. Boyden was chosen President.
Mr. Franklin Leach was chosen Secretary
Mr. Jos. D. Tuck was chosen
Messrs. Giddings, Driver & Leach Com. on Purchase of Books
Messrs. Boyden, Tuck & Leach Com. on Rooms
Miss M. P. Smith Librarian at a salary of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars per year.
The hours for opening the Library to be the same as at present until last Saturday in June and the
Salary at the same rate.
Adjourned to May 2d 1889
