The meeting was called to order by the President, the records of the last meeting were read
and approved.
The following officers & Committees were chosen
President Wm. C. Boyden
Secretary Franklin Leach
Treasurer Joseph D. Tuck
Corn. on purchase of Books Messrs. Giddings, Driver & Leach
Corn. on Rooms Messrs. Boyden, Tuck & Leach
Miss Martha P. Smith was chosen Librarian with a Salary of Two Hundred & Fifty dollars a year.
It was also voted to supply books at the Farms as in previous years.
The Draft drawn May 11m on the Selectmen for Five Hundred Dollars was approved.
The election of Mr. Wm. C. Boyden for five was announced.
No other business presenting the meeting was dissolved.
