The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Messrs. Woodberry, Giddings, Driver, Bulkeley and Misses Loring and Sohier.
The records of the last meeting and approved.
The committee on circulation presented thirty four titles which were accepted, also twenty
one titles not present were accepted, also a list of periodicals accepted.
The Board voted to instruct the Librarian to order the list of periodicals from the Beverly
News Company at the rates offered by them.
Voted That the Secretary acknowledge the gift by Henry Whitman, Esq. of a copy of
Messages and Papers of the Presidents.
Voted That a cabinet be purchased for the typewriter.
Voted That the Librarian be authorized to attend the meetings of the Mass. Library Club.
Voted That the regular meeting of November by held on the Saturday alter Thanksgiving
instead of the Saturday before.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
