Received a communication from John Dunn, Finance Director, requesting the release of certain
overlay amounts from prior years in surplus. Voted to release the following amounts as overlay
surplus under the provisions of Section 25 of Chapter 59.
FY1993 $250,000.00
FY1994 $150,000.00
FY1995 $250,000.00
FY1996 $250,000.00
Total: $900,000.00
Voted to exempt under the provisions of clause 11 of Section 5, Chapter 59, the real property
located at 5 DiPalma Court (Parcel3t0041-121B). Property was purchased as a parsonage by the-
Beverly Church of the Nazarene on February 26, 1998.
