The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring, Miss Sohier and Messrs. Driver, Bulkeley, Webber, and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted That the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 89 titles read present and
3 not present, be accepted and adopted.
Voted That the committee on circulation select such of Zola's works as they may deem expedient
subject to the approval of Miss Loring.
Voted that list of magazines for 1905 submitted by the committee on circulation subject to such
changes and modifications as they deem expedient, be accepted and adopted.
Voted That the committee on circulation cause to be prepared a dictionary catalogue of the books
in the library exclusive of Fiction; and that the purchase of Library of Congress Cards be made from
the funds obtained from fines.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
