The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring, Messrs. Driver, Woodberry, Webber and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted That the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 58 titles present, be accepted
and adopted.
Voted That an additional copy of Harper's Monthly be added to our list of magazines.
Voted To accept the partial report of the committee on branches (This report will be found in the
letter file) and that they be empowered to proceed at their discretion, also to expend the sum of
150.00 in order to carry out their plans.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
