The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring, Miss Sohier and Messrs. Driver, Bulkeley, Kilham, Webber and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted That the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 7 titles present and 3 not
present be accepted and adopted.
Voted That the committee on circulation be authorized to purchase such books on Tools and
Machinery as they deem expedient.
Voted That Article I be suspended in order that we may proceed to organize.
Voted That we proceed to our organization.
The following officers were balloted for and elected. For Chairman William R. Driver
For Secretary Charles L. Dodge
Voted That the Secretary acknowledge the gift of "The History of Carnegie Steel Co." (By Bridge)
presented by Mr. Geo. H. Allen of Salem.
Voted That the Secretary and Mr. Bulkeley examine the Rules and Regulations governing the Library
with a view to their revision.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
