The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring, Miss Sohier and Messrs. Driver, Bulkeley, Kilham Webber and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted That the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 36 titles present was
accepted and adopted.
Voted That the Trustees accept with thanks the generous and valuable gift of the work entitled the
"Diamond Mines of South Africa" and that the Secretary be instructed to acknowledge the gift.
Voted That the board accept with hearty thanks the appreciative gift of $25.00 by Mr. Asa Gray.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
