A special meeting oFthe Trustees was held on the above date.
Present Miss Loring, Miss Sohier and Messrs. Driver, Woodber, Bulkeley, Webber &
Dodge.
The records oFthe last meeting read and approved.
Voted That the committee on administration be empowered to ascertain where and upon what terms
room can be obtained to be used For the storage oF such books as the librarian may determine and For
a reading and reference room.
InFormation having been obtained it was
Voted That the committee on administration be authorized to lease For one year two rooms in the
new Endicott Building.
Voted That the same committee, also have power to employ an additional assistant, procure the
necessay furniture lists etc. and to insure such property as may be placed in the rooms.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
