Beverly April 29th 1905
The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring, Miss Sohier and Messrs. Driver, Bulkeley, Webber & Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted That the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 24 titles present, and the
order given to Little & Brown for titles not present, be accepted and adopted.
Voted To accept the report of Mr. Webber for the committee on branches that it is deemed expedient
to continue the boys branch reading room.
Voted That the librarian and each assistant librarian have for the months of June, July, August and
September, one evening each week after 6 P.M.
Voted That the library be closed at 8 o'clock every evening except Saturday evening during the
months of June, July, August and to the 15th Of September.
Voted That we terminate our subscription with the Bodley Club Library.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
