The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date. The meeting was called to order by the President.
Present Messrs. Driver, Mr. Bulkeley and Misses Sohler and Loring.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
On motion of Miss Sohier, it was
Voted That the regular meeting of the Board be held upon the last Saturday of each month instead
of the first Saturday as heretofore.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
