The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was held on the above date.
Present Messrs. Driver, Woodberry, Dodge and Miss Loring
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
A request was read from Miss Dodge asst. librarian asking for one months leave of absence
in addition to her regular vacation.
On motion of Miss Loring, it was
Voted That Miss dodge be granted one months leave of absence in addition to her vacation.
On motion of Miss Loring, it was
Voted That Miss Ethel Dodge be employed during the absence of Miss Jennie P. Dodge, and that the
question of compensation be referred to the finance committee
