The meeting was held on the above date.
Present Messrs. Giddings, Bulkeley, Woodberry, Dodge and Misses Loring and Sottier.
Mr. Giddings in the chair.
The reading of the records of the last regular and special meetings were read and approved.
On motion of Miss Loring, it was
Voted That Mr. Driver be a committee to still further consider the subject of insurance as per letter
from his honor the Mayor.
A letter from Miss Bennett, assistant librarian at the Farms with reference to an advance in
her salary was read and referred to the finance committee.
It was voted that a special meeting be held on Saturday July 16th at 4 P.M.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
