Beverly June 25th 1898
A special meeting was held upon the above date.
Present Messrs. Driver, Giddings, Woodberry, Bulkeley, Dodge and Miss Sohier and Loring.
The business was to consider the expediency of contracting with the Boston Cleaning Co. for
a thorough cleaning of the library and books.
On motion of Mr. Bulkeley, it was Voted That the room and administration committee be
authorized to contract with the above company to prepare this work during the time of closing.
There being no further business the meeting was adjoumed.
