The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was held on the above date.
Present Messrs. Driver, Tuck, Dodge, Miss Sohier and Miss Loring.
The records of the previous meeting were read and approved.
On motion of Miss Sohier, it was
Voted That we recommend to the City Council that the sum of Two thousand ($2000) and one half
the receipts from dog licenoes be appropriated for the use of the Public Library for the
ensuing year.
Also a special appropriation of Eight hundred dollars for the completion of the catalogue.
The report of the librarian was read, approved and placed on file.
On motion of Miss Sohler, it was
Voted The subject of preparing the Trustees report and forwarding the same to the City Council to
be printed in the Annum Report of the City be left with a committee consisting of the
chairman Secretary
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
