The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was held on the above date.
Present Messrs. Driver, Tuck, Baker, Dodge, Miss Sohier and Miss Loring
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
On motion of Mr. Tuck, it was
Voted That the question of the disposition of money collected from fines be taken from the table.
On motion of Miss Sohier, it was
Voted That the finance committee be and are hereby authorized to expend the fine money or any
portion thereof if deemed expedient for the purpose of completing the catalogue.
On motion of Miss Loring, it was
Voted That a special meeting be held on Saturday Dec. 18th at 4 o'clock P.M.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
