The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was held this evening.
Presem Messrs. Tuck, Driver, Dodge and Misses Sohier and Loring being present.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
The report of the Librarian was read, accepted and placed on file.
The report of the Secretary was read, accepted and placed on file.
These reports together with the authorized statement of expenditures are to be forwarded to
the Mayor and Common Council to be printed with the other public documents.
Miss Lodng reported that the repairs asked for at Beverly Farms branch had been granted and
performed in a very satisfactory manner by the committee on public property of the City Gov't.
A report from Miss Loring relative to the limited facilities of the reading room at the Farms
branch and compensation of its Librarian was read and referred for action to a subsequent meeting.
On motion of Miss Sohier, it was
Voted That the Secretary hereafter be authorized to sign the annual report for the Trustees.
