The Trustees held an adjourned meeting this evening.
Present Messrs. Tuck, Giddings, Woodberry, Dodge and Driver.
The meeting was called to order by the President.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
The first business in order was the reading of annual reports.
The report of the Trustees prepared by Mr. Woodberry was read.
On motion of Mr. Giddings, it was
Voted That the report be accepted, adopted and placed on file.
The report of the Librarian was read.
On motion of Mr. Driver, it was
Voted That the report be accepted, adopted and placed on file.
The financial statement of the treasurer was read.
On motion of Mr. Giddings, it was
Voted That it also be accepted, adopted and placed on file.
On motion of Mr. Giddings, it was
Voted That the foregoing reports be forwarded to the City Clerk for publication in the Annual Report
of the City.
On motion of Mr. Woodberry, it was
Voted That the Magazine, "Nation" be added to our list.
This being the closing meeting of the present board.
On motion of Mr. Giddings, it was
Voted That we adjourn without date.
