The regular meeting of the Trustees was held this Saturday afternoon @ 3:30 o'clock.
Present Misses Loring and Sohier and Messrs. Driver, Woodberry, Bulkeley, Kilham,
Webber & Dodge.
The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Voted To accept the report of the Kilham on the financial condition of the Board.
Voted To accept the annual report of the Board as prepared and read by Miss Loring for 1913 and
that it be sent to the City Clerk to be printed in the public document.
Voted That the thanks of the board be extended to Miss Loring for the gift of the Lowell Offering.
Voted That Prof. Geo. W. Woodberry, Mr. Kilham and Mr. Webber be a committee to prepare a
tribute of respect on the death of our late associate Mr. Allen H. Bennett.
Voted That Lee & Creesey's bill for flowers for Mr. Bennett be paid. Referred to the finance
committee.
Voted That the compensation of Miss Elsie Woodberry be established on a salary basis: referred to
the finance committee.
