At the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals (the “Board”) held on
Tuesday, January 28, 2003, members of the Board voted to allow the applicant, Barbara J.
Plummer to withdraw without prejudice the appeal of an administrative decision of the
Building Commissioner who issued a permit for construction of a single-family dwelling at 19
Congress Street on April 28, 1999.
