The regular meeting of the Trustees was held this afternoon at 3:30 o'clock.
Present Miss Loring and Miss Sohier, Messrs. Driver, Woodberry, Webber and Dodge.
The record of the last meeting was approved.
Voted That Miss Loring be authorized to purchase a door mat.
Voted The Secy. be requested to acknowledge the gift of valuable volumes from William Endicott,
Esq.
Voted That Miss Loring be empowered to dispose of such books from the above gift of William
Endicott Esq. (by his authority) as she may deem expedient.
Voted Mrs. J. G. Walker be permitted to take books from the Library.
Voted That the acceptance of a flag from the ladies of the John H. Chipman relief corps. Be referred
to the committee on administration.
Voted To accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to Eighty vols. and 43
titles present.
Voted To accept the report of Miss Loring with reference to certain changes in the magazine list.
Voted That the Board appropriate One Hundred dollars for the purpose of grading the library lot if
necessary.
Voted To return the Three volumes Story of American Expansion, or the Crowning Events of the
McKinley and Roosevelt Administration by Marcus H. Wright, War Records Office,
Washington D.C. (sent on approval.)
