The regular meeting of the Trustees was held on the above date.
Present Misses Loring and Sohier and Messrs. Driver, Kilham, Bulkeley and Dodge.
The record of the last meeting was read and approved.
Voted to accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to nineteen titles present.
Voted To accept the report of Miss Loring on behalf of the committee on circulation with
recommendations as follows which are hereto attached. The paragraphs nos. 1 - 3 were
adopted. The remaining paragraphs were referred back to the committee for further
consideration.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.

Voted That the thanks of the Board be extended to the Beverly Improvement Society through Mrs.
Wm. C. Boyden its chairman for the donation of one hundred twenty-five dollars, for the
purpose of beautifying the grounds about of the new Public Library.
