The regular meeting of Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring Messrs. Driver, Kilham, Bulkeley, Webber and Dodge.
The record of the last meeting read and approved.
Voted To accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 45 titles present.
Voted To accept the report of Miss Loring with reference to retaining the reading and reference
rooms in the Endicott Building until April 30th 1913.
A communication from the City Clerk announcing the re-appointment and confirmation of
William R. Driver, Benjamin R. Bulkeley and George E. Woodberry as Trustees for the term
of three years from January 31 st 1913. Filed.
