The regular meeting of the Trustees was held on the above date.
Present Misses Loring and Sohier Messrs. Driver, Bulkeley, Kilham, Webber and Dodge.
The record of the last meeting read and approved.
Voted To accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 67 titles present and 11
not present from which such may be selected and retained as the committee deems desirable.
Voted That a committee of 3 appointed consisting of the chairman and two others that he may select.
To consider the plan of ceremonies to be observed at the dedication of the new Library.
Committee as follows Mr. Driver, Miss Loring and Mr. Kilham.
Voted That a committee be appointed by the chair to consider the question of retaining the reading
rooms in the Endicott buildings.
