The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Misses Loring and Sohier. Messrs. Driver, Bulkeley, Webber and Dodge,
Woodberry.
The records of the last meeting read and approved.
Miss Loring reported as having completed satisfactory arrangements in establishing the new
reading room and additional deposit station at North Beverly. Accepted. The committee on circulation reported 97 titles present.
Mr. Bulkeley having been selected to prepare the Annual Report for 1912 presented
and read the same which was accepted.
Voted That the question of making up the financial statement for the Annual Report was referred to
the finance committee and Mr. Bulkeley.
Voted That the question of employing a Janitor be referred to the finance committee.
