A regular meeting of the Board of Trustees was called for this day at 3:30 P.M.
There were present Messrs. Bulkeley, Woodberry, Miss Loring and Mr. Driver.
In the absence of the Secretary the chairman read the record of the meeting of July 27th.
It was voted: that the record be made to show that the report of the committee on circulation,
paragraphs 8 and 9 having been approved by the Finance Committee dated June 29th, 1912 was
accepted by the Board.
The report of the Committees on Circulation as to twenty five titles present and twenty titles
to come was accepted.
Voted: that the salary of Miss Culbert be increased from $425 per mmum to $435 per ramurn.
This to correct an error in the report of the Committee on Circulation dated June 29, 1912.
The application of James M. Andrews no. 2 Dane St. for the position of janitor at the new
building, was received and filed.
