The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring, Messrs. Driver, Woodberry, Kilham and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting read and approved.
Voted To accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 31 titles present with
9 to come.
Voted To accept the following gifts with the thanks of Board.
A Pocket-List of the Birds of Eastern Mass. By Albert Morse. Peabody Museum, Salem.
Books of Poems by Mary Newcomb Prescott presented by Harriet Prescott Spofford.
Magazine of the Leopard Moth and Other Insects Injurious to Trees in the Vicinity of
Boston, with plates. Presented by Samuel White, Esq., Beverly.
Voted That the hours of the opening of the Library be painted upon the entrance door of the Library.
Voted That from June 15 and during the months of July and August the reading room in the Endicott
Bldg. be closed at 6 o'clock every evening except Saturdays.
Voted That the vacations and times of closing be the same at of 1911.
