The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Misses Loring and Sohier, Messrs. Driver, Bulkeley, Woodberry, Kilham and Dodge.
The record of the last meeting read and approved.
The committee on circulation reported 63 titles and 3 gifts present, which were accepted.
Gifts as follows. The Spanish Settlement Within the Present Limits of the U. States., by Mr.
Woodbury Lowery. (Florida 1562 - 1574) presented by Woodbury Blair Washington, D.C.
From the Educational department of the International Committee of the Y.M.C.A.
Sherman Law by Albert H. Walker, Esq. N.Y.
Voted To subscribe for one year for the Magazine "Record of the Darker Races." (The Crises)
Voted That the committee on circulation be empowered to conclude a new contract with the New
Book Lovers Library at the rate of $84.00 per year for 6 months with the privilege of
continuing.
Voted That the question of caring for the trust funds of the Library be referred to the finance
committee with full power.
Voted The secretary procure a new awning for the Reading room, Endicott Building, for the one
worn out.
