The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Misses Loring and Sohier, Messrs. Driver, Kilham, Bulkeley, Webber & Dodge.
The record of the last meeting read and approved.
Voted To accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 52 titles.
Voted To add the weekly addition of the London Times to our paper list.
Voted That the matter of continuing the Cosmopolitan Magazine be referred to Miss Loring.
Voted That the thanks of the Board be extended to Robert H. Bancroft and Miss Ellen Bancroft for
their generous gift of the Century Encyclopedia of Names Dictionary, Ten volumes, and
atlas. Twelves volumes in all.
Voted That Miss Loring and Mr. Driver be a committee to establish at their discretion such book
deposit stations in the interest of our foreign population as they may think desirable, and that
the sum of Twenty ($20.00) dollars be appropriated therefor.
