The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Misses Loring and Sohier, Messrs. Driver, Kilham, Bulkeley and Dodge.
Records of the last meeting read and approved.
Miss Loring presented and read the Annual Report, as voted at the Nov. Meeting.
Voted That the report as read be accepted, adopted, and forwarded to the City Clerk to be printed
in the City Documents.
Voted That the time for holding monthly meetings be changed to 3:30 P.M. instead 4 o'clock P.M.
until further ordered.
Voted To accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 19 titles present.
