The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Misses Loring, Sohier and Messrs. Driver, Kilham, Bulkeley, Webber and Dodge.
The records of the last meeting read and approved.
Voted That the recommendation of the committee on circulation as to loaning books to other
Libraries be accepted and adopted.
Voted That Miss Loring prepare the annual report for 1911.
Voted That the committee on circulation be authorized to purchase such books as it may think
desirable in Dec. 1911 and put in circulation without further authority reporting to the board
at the Dec. Meeting.
