Bulkeley, Charles L. Dodge, Katharine P. Loring, Elizabeth P. Sohier, Louis D. Webber, and George E. Woodberry Board members absent: William R. Driver, Allen H. Bennett, and Joseph C. Kilham Others present: Recorder: Charles L. Dodge Beverly October 28th 1911 The regular meeting of the Trustees occurred on the above date. Present Misses Loring & Sohier, Messrs. Woodberry, Webber, Bulkeley and Dodge. Records read and approved. The chairman Mr. Driver being absent Mr. Woodberry was called to the chair. Voted To accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 48 titles present and 20 additional to be added. Voted That the report of the committee on circulation with reference to awarding the list of magazines as presented for 1912, to W. B. Clark & Co. of Boston, be accepted and adopted. Voted That the matter of loaning certain books to other libraries under the provisions of an act passed in 1911 be referred to the committee on circulation, to be reported upon at a subsequent meeting (Miss Loring) Voted That the thanks of the Board be extended to Miss Loring for the girl of three books, viz. Salem Witchcraft, Early History of Mexico and the Early History of Lawrence, Mass. Adjourned Charles L. Dodge Secretary
