The meeting of Trustees occurred on the above date.
Present Miss Loring, Messrs. Driver, Bulkeley, Woodberry and Dodge.
The record of the last meeting was read and approved.
Voted To accept the report of the committee on circulation with reference to 28 titles present with
7 additional to come.
Voted That the thanks of the Board be extended to Mrs. Henry B. Carrington, Hyde Park, Mass. For
the gift of a book entitled "My Army Life."
The subject of allowance to the Librarian and assistants during sickness and for vacations
and other allowances of time, was introduced by Miss Loring and called forth some
discussion. The matter was finally referred to Miss Loring to be reported upon at the next
meeting.
